Dear Coffee Drinkers
"Fair trade" is primarily a certification that a company demonstrate that it can work with a particular coffee farm, there is a fair price, since the functioning independently. These certifications are mainly sold in the United States by a company in California. For example, Starbucks promote a certain type of coffee sold as Fair Trade coffee. Not all the coffee to be sold as such, becausethis applies only to very few companies that hold these certifications, together with the buyer. Starbucks also sells certified one type of coffee, fair trade, but that does not mean that all their coffee is certified. This would be an impossible task. There are several other features ICAF, in close collaboration with the Health Minister, the Minister for Children and the Minister of Labor.
